Why frozen meat

Factory have obtained ISO022000, HACCP and VHM (Veterinary Health Mark Malaysia) certification.

Is it true if frozen means not fresh?

The freshness of frozen meat is largely depending on the temperature and hygienic handling of the meat before it is frozen.

Of course, fresh pork is the best. However there is a big question mark here… how to maintain the freshness of the pork after it was slaughtered?

With Malaysia’s hot weather, can you ensure that meat industries were able to preserve the meat? With the conventional way of transporting the pigs which are exposed to open air to be sold in wet markets or even display at chiller, waiting to be sold and finally being brought home to freeze, do you think the meat will be at its best original quality after cooking?

As meat starts to degenerate after being exposed to various environment i.e. heat

and humidity will cause bacteria to grow which cannot be seen by the naked eyes. In view of this, Full Glory has always maintain low temperature control in our plant at all times to prevent bacteria growth. This starts from transporting the meat from slaughter house back to the factory for processing.

Once the pigs are slaughtered it is transported back to our factory in cold truck. It is then cut into various parts and sizes and vacuum packed before kept in  cold room.

Hence with our distinct packing and labelling, customers can easily identify the parts of the meat in our shop  and even after bringing it home for storage.

As it is finely cut with machine into various sizes and thickness, customer save time on cutting the pork and it eases marination and cooking process.

Our company is certified by Department of Veterinary Services Malaysia and is also ISO022000 & HACCP certified. We own state of the art meat processing equipment needed for preserving the quality of the meat.

With our frozen and vacuum packed packing of the meat, we ensure that all customer’s purchase can still be maintained with the best quality possible during the long trip home.
